If you forget to cancel your appointment prior to the technician departing for your site or fail to meet during the requested time block, the base reservation amount taken is non-refundable. 

It is HPS's mission to support home owners on their DIY projects. Ultimately, It is the responsibly of the requester of service to follow and obtain any and all permits/HOA/local ordnances that may apply to service. If assistance in these matters are needed, the requester is to engage HPS prior to service commencing.
