Home Inspection:

If you forget to cancel your appointment prior to the technician departing for your site or fail to meet during the requested time block, $50 travel charge will be processed.

An inspection agreement must be signed prior to the scheduled appointment. Inspections will not commence without the returned signed agreement. 

Inspection fee must be settled prior to delivery of completed report. 

All report files are digital unless hardcopies are requested. A fee may apply for hardcopy reports. 

General Service:

It is HPS's mission to support home owners on their DIY projects. Ultimately, It is the responsibly of the requester of service to follow and obtain any and all permits/HOA/local ordnances that may apply to service. If assistance in these matters are needed, the requester is to engage HPS prior to service commencing.
