Terms & Instructions for Rentals
1 / Create an account profile and add credit card information
You must have an account profile to schedule and purchase tool rentals. Your profile must have a saved credit card on file. This card is only used for any additional charges that may occur during the use of and return of the rental. Such charges would include additional days rented beyond the base purchased, missed drop-off/pickup fee, cleaning fee, lost tool charge and etc.
2 / Add to cart your selections and checkout
Browse and add all your items to your cart. If your project is time sensitive, visit the booking schedule to view available delivery and pickup times prior to checkout. Add a base package subscription for your delivery and pickup. Proceed to checkout and complete your order.
3 / Schedule your delivery and pickup windows
Visit the appointment booking calendar and schedule the delivery/pickup service. Both are 1 hour windows and pickup needs to be within 24 hrs or an additional day will be charged. Our delivery driver will reach out when enroute during your hour window. If you miss your scheduled delivery or the driver has departed within an hour of your appointment time, a missed appointment fee will apply.
4 / Delivery appointment
You must be onsite to accept the rental delivery. A valid ID must be shown a the time of acceptance. The items will match the likeness of cart selections. Model/appearance may vary between product choices.
5 / Have fun working on your project
Use your items as needed. Consumable products are there to use at your convenience. Any that are not needed just leave in the kit.
6 / Pickup appointment
Non-consumables (tools/storage) are to be packed and returned in their original delivered condition. If they are returned in a condition that require attention, a cleaning fee may be applied.
